and because they think these ones are cookie, they won't even help them, but guess where mom and dad are undoubtedly going to be the minute it gets tough, if they still are able to hold their land, the government is trying to get it away from them, the bank is trying to get it away from them, they want to prove this, they want to prove that. Well these people don't ask for anything, don't misunderstand what I'm saying, they're just sharing these things because these are the major problems. And this is what I expressed to Dale who is also from Canada and Paul that ones like this and including Westman who is he's had fishing fleets and of course the British government has destroyed the canneries and so forth on down to the mainland and now you will move them on down to Mexico. In other words you've destroyed all the fishing and so you have a situation here where as funding comes you must put funding resources aside and that means that ones must have proposals done. So this is why I'm asking ones you know to pay attention maybe you wouldn't think to do that in Canada and maybe funds will never come but it does two things. First, as of January 1, 1993, an amendment to the Infants Act in British Columbia became law which allows, quote, health care professionals of any kind to medically treat any child from birth to age 19 any way they see fit without the parent's knowledge and or consent. And of course parents have no recourse against any diagnosis, treatment, etc. done by anyone. It is tentatively planned to set up health units in the schools themselves. This way they can prescribe on-site, Valium, birth control, abortions, inoculations, etc., etc., etc. and the parents need not become informed after the fact either. The health minister, Elizabeth Kahl, is very happy with this amendment and absolutely refuses to re-evaluate it despite the province-wide screaming from the citizens. Mrs. Kahl, on a talk show I listened to recently, said, wouldn't it be wonderful for a shy or embarrassed teenager to be able to seek early treatment for a venereal disease?

Well, what I know as fact is that there were already laws in place to cover a situation like that. George responded. As of July 1992, I have had nothing to do with the Phoenix Liberator, now discontinued, which was the works of Doris Ecker, aka known as Hatton et al.

The Eckers are still in Tehachapi and have attacked Dr. Coleman and myself in their papers, but they have enough problems with various people after them. We don't have to bother. Your allegations about myself are unfounded with hearsay and I am not interested in furthering any more lies. We are publishers of many books, did publish the Phoenix Journals and Liberator and are currently in litigation with the Eckers to get away from that energy. Dear Mr. Green, this is in response to your most interesting letter to me of April the 2nd. My comments and requests for information are as follows. Number one. Enclosed is a rather poor copy of an article that appeared in the October 6th, 1992 issue of the Phoenix Liberator under the heading, Latest Update on that Slippery Rascal John Coleman. Now you want to know why we did all that. Unfortunately I do not have an original copy of this article. You will note that this article contains some allegations and editorial comments from Hatton and begins by printing a letter to Mr. George Green from J.E.B. Prior to receiving your above letter to me of April 2, 1993, I thought that you wrote this article using the suite name Hatton. Now I must confess that I am utterly confused.

Consequently, my first question to you is just who authored all of the Hatton and or H allegations contained in this article. Number two, the above cited article contains the allegation, quote, done on our computer which Coleman stole. Please inform me just who made this allegation and from whom was this computer allegedly stolen by Coleman. Number three, did you ever allege to anyone that Dr. John Coleman, or whatever his real name is, had stolen one or more personal computers from you? Did you ever allege to anyone that Dr. John Coleman had stolen any kind of mailing list from you? If so, to whom did you make any such allegations? Since you are currently in litigation with the Eckers, please send me a copy of your lawsuit against them along with their response.

Number 5. Enclosed is a copy of a letter to Mr. George Dietz from Mr. James K. Warner dated April 3, 1993. You will note that this letter contains several allegations attributed to you are true and which if any of these allegations are false. I want to get to the truth of these allegations. Number six. Does Dr. John Coleman or whatever his real name is currently owe you any money or other financial remuneration and if so how much? Finally it might interest you to You know that a few days after I wrote my follow-up letter to Mr. Eric Aaron Leiter of March the 27th, 1993, my original letter package to Mr. Leiter of February 28th was returned to me by the U.S. Postal Service as being undeliverable, i.e. it was returned and marked as unclaimed. At this time it is too early to tell what will happen to my follow up letter baggage to Mr. Leiter of March the 27th.

James Warner was the one to whom George gave the telephone numbers and address of Coleman back in September. Dear George, watch out for character writing as John Coleman. He claims to be a former member of MI6 but refuses to provide any proof. We hired him several years on good faith without checking his credentials and he evidently was at that time working for Lyndon LaRouche in an attempt to infiltrate the racist movement with his material. We fired him in 1989 after we found that he was consorting with two ADL agents from California and also contacting our contributors for personal contributions. When I fired him, he threatened to go to the ADL and destroy the right wing. So far, he has attacked L.T. Patterson, Liberty Lobby, Eustace Mullins, and now flying saucer expert, George Green. Laughter Where is the data sheet?

When he was fired here, he stole a copy of one of our contributor lists which he has been bilking ever since and then went to work for flying saucer expert George Green of Phoenix Express. Green gave him an advance of $75,000 to write three books on the conspiracy. He wrote one, Committee of 300, mostly material taken from LaRouche and Mullins and rehashed. Green then gave him 500 books on consignment, which he promptly sold and then asked for more. You know how we know that it came from Mullins and LaRouche? Because I used it too. I have already plagiarized the information and it really made Coleman live it. We had a lot of fun in those days. Coleman used his guile to get one of Green's secretaries to turn over his 40,000 mailing list to him and he has been attacking Green and bilking the list ever since.

His intelligence material comes from the LaRouche office in Denmark. I don't believe LaRouche is involved. The LaRouche operative in Denmark may be a relative of his Danish wife. That's true, I'm going to confirm that. The way he operates is to get to your mailing list through his books and then he makes contacts and bilks all of those who seem to have money. He has a never ending list of schemes to help you get rich fast without working and the suckers fall for this line. through mail drops and phony Nevada corporations so it is impossible to find him to sue him and that's not true he works through very valid corporations in Nevada so it is impossible to find him to sue him and if he could find him and win he is a British Keep up the good work, Sincerely, James Warner.

This is from George Landkamer on the 13th. Dear Mr. Landkamer, in answer to number one, your letter, see attached catalog for who Hatton claims to be. Number two, I advanced a large amount of money to Coleman via cash, computers, etc. against his royalties, but not $75,000 as claimed by Warner. The exact amount is none of your business. I have never claimed that Coleman has taken any mailing list, but he certainly had access to it, and what difference does it make? Our clients are our clients and have and are still working with us. Could you repeat the date on the letter? April 13th. Yes. Thank you. Yes. Please... Please send $500 for copies of current litigation which is ongoing. You may address the check to our attorney David Horton for his secretarial expense as the various lawsuits pending are very lengthy. I also remind you that it is none of your business but they are a public record. Your last question is does Coleman owe me any money? Is also none of your business.

What nonsense are you up to? What waste of time answering your letters? And be on notice, I will not accept any more of your certified letters. Are you in mental confusion over life? Dear Mr. Green, this is in response to your letter, I gather that you would prefer that I simply distribute various allegations regarding Dr. Joan Coleman, or whatever his real name is, without making any attempt to ascertain which allegations are true and which allegations are false. I am sorry, but I do not operate that way. I want to know the truth. please send me the case numbers, names and styles and the court or courts in which these lawsuits are being litigated. Brian, I note that your letter referred to various lawsuits pending in the plural. Then I will order whatever documents that I want from the court or courts involved. I expect to spend much less than 500 to find out what these various lawsuits are all about. I do not have... He's going to get them very free of charge. I do not have sufficient mental confusion over life to believe that Hatton is who he claims to be as indicated at the top of page 2 of your current winter spring 1992-93 Phoenix Journal catalog which you enclosed with your above letter to me. which you enclosed with your above letter to me. I believe that the Hatton allegations that were made against Dr. John Coleman were definitely of earthly human origin and did not originate from somewhere in outer space. I note that you refused to divulge who made the allegations which were cited in items 1 and 2 of my previous letter to you of April 8th.

I inferred from your first letter to me of April 2nd that you are currently attempting to get away from that energy of promoting all of this Hatton nonsense. So why is your current catalog devoted primarily to promoting back issues of various Hatton related publications. Very truly yours, Richard Landgamer. Bless him. It's very ugly. But somewhere out there in the future as Leon puts it to us, as truth unfolds and proof of that truth unfolds it will be the most worthy thing you ever did and that's why these things must be carried out to their limit.
