They wanted to see how much money the institute would spend before they caught it. So this order on Leon Fort, it says, it is apparent from the pleadings in this case that if there was an oral settlement agreement in this case, by the time documents were exchanged, there was no meeting of the minds as to the conditions of settlement. Well, so down with the Institute. Are the Eckers always right? Let's see. He's got it this way. The operation is to appeal the judge's decision.
