You try to do business with a bank called Imperial, and this has to do with the loans and the gold collateral, etc., which sits in Iron Mountain, and so forth. And lo and behold, they're getting completely out of the business. Now why would they be getting out of the business? Because they are knowing that confiscation is coming and they don't want to be left holding the bag or losing the gold. So what happens is they shift you off and fortunately Mr. Ecker has done his job well and he knows the people at Monex which gets to be even more interesting with the other things we have going.

So that they will immediately shift over and begin to manage because they have their own vaults. They're that big. They're that rotten is what it is. And what are your chances anyway? Those vaults are in Newport Beach, you know. So this requires a lot of planning. Where is it the safest? Where is it the most secure? How can the price of gold be dropping?

And everybody just looks at it every day and says, well, it's going down. Well, just pray it keeps on going down a little bit slow enough to let us get into maybe September. The ones who pulled down the bank went and formed their own private corporation and ripped off some more. In Spain or Holland or somewhere. And Rovabank got holding a lot of it.

Now that's in the Netherlands. Credit Lionnaise got stung for about 4.2 billion dollars. They will list 2 point something billion. No, this one was so bad that they literally had to destroy the entire bank building to make sure those documents in the paper trail were burned to the ground. And they've done this all the way around the globe. So guess what? It's all tangled in with the savings and loans, RTC, and the, and the, and the. Mr. Bush is in trouble. It doesn't make you feel very secure though, does it? Sitting in this room, knowing that you can single-handedly destroy their world. But I repeat something. They don't have any trouble believing I exist. And they've got to get through me to get to you.

So I'm a nice asset to have during these days of confusion. Now will we work with such as George Bush? I don't care. He snitched it off for everybody else, let him snitch God a little. Okay, I'll just make a very brief earthquake report, and I might even ask Ray Bilger to fill in a little bit here, because there was an interesting fellow who's been annoying the geologic community for some years now, who has correlated earthquake activity with such things as how many dogs are missing, how many want ads there are for missing dogs in newspapers, because there's a strong correlation. Obviously the animals know ahead of the people and particularly ahead of the geologists when earthquakes are about to happen or when the stress fields are building in certain geographic areas. And he has annoyed them by the USGS geologists quite a few times by predicting earthquake activity. And I would merely at this point I asked Soltech if there was something he wanted to say, and I get kind of a terse response back because he is so busy with, you have all the facts in front of you, and I've given you all the lessons that you need.

And what he means by that is, if we just walk through this a little bit, as Commander said, the clash of the Titans is going on. We all know the shuttle is up right now on one of its most extended missions. There have been a number of rockets launched from Vandenberg and other places. We had a cold wave, an odd cold storm come down over the entire West Coast and now all of a sudden we're into an extreme heat wave. There are three major forest fires occurring down in Los Angeles, Riverside, and Ventura counties. The temperature skyrocketed. Therefore we have a large thermal effect, just like taking something from the freezer, a piece of glass from the freezer, and putting it in the oven. So we have the full moon. Right now we have the highest tides of the year going on.

Those vibrations being bashed into the coastal areas. So what would it seem like to you is the likelihood? Well it seems like you have complete and total attack against your shield, which I find interesting these days. I don't think any of you around here could be missing it. And it's holding also. So that's good news. It's serious. Okay, so there is a great deal of earthquake activity and volcanic activity. In the past week, the San Francisco Bay Area activity has escalated tremendously, as has the number of smaller quakes in the Los Angeles area.

Now the USGS Southern California Seismic Network has a three-day map that they put on the internet, which they put a cutoff of 2.5 magnitude quakes. And the reason they do that is because a great deal of the activity has been slightly below 2.5 magnitude. So, when you look at this map, it looks extremely unalarming for a three-day interval because most of the quakes aren't being shown. Only those above 2.5. Well, when you look at that particular map for this past week, or three day segments over any given day this past week, there's a great deal of activity. That means that the average magnitude of the quakes has now shifted up above 2.5 magnitude, meaning they're going to have to move the cutoff up higher if they want the map to look like nothing's going on.

Now, there's a major slew of activity that's moving from the Northridge area and creeping its way up over the Santa Susana Mountains up towards Gorman, La Becque, and towards us in kind of a northerly direction. And that whole cluster is, we could call it, further fracturing in the Northridge area. The area that Commander asked us to pay attention to along the Elysian Park fault, which is a major fault underneath downtown Los Angeles, that activity has increased tremendously in the last week. And the area around Palm Springs is absolutely atrocious. There's no longer any triangles or anything down there. It is just one big mess of dots all over the entire, what they call the Mojave area in the earthquake maps.

But that's, let's just call it an area centered around Palm Springs. So we have indications in Northern and Southern California. We have over at Namath, a great deal of increased activity. I don't even know, I think there, I was told there was a volcanic alert out on the news again this past week because of the level of activity in the mammoth area. So those are enough indicators to say are we on alert and what the commander may mean when he says if we can hold things together long enough to get through the next couple months.

That doesn't mean we'll have a quake in the next few days, but it means that the activity is quite high. Hi. Now, I'm going to ask Ray to talk for a minute about this guy who was on Art Bell's show Friday night. And then I will read the writing from a Susananda, which we received from a receiver this week. Well, the only thing that I would add was I had difficulty getting the reception on the radio on Friday night when Art Bell had retired geologist Jim Birkeland on. And it was I couldn't really get the first couple hours from 11 to one o'clock, but I did record it after then. I'm going to try to record it again tonight, the first couple hours. But he takes into consideration a lot of other things than just the geology, the phases of the moon and the movements of all the animals. What Ed had mentioned about the missing dogs running away up into the mountains. But he said that he was 85 to 95 percent accurate on his predictions.

And as of midnight this past Friday night, he put us in an eight-day window that goes through next Saturday, July the 6th, and he felt that we were going to have, it seems to me, it was a magnitude 5 or 5.5 earthquakes in the Los Angeles area, San Francisco, and Seattle area. And beware, and let me give you a clue how you can really know that you better beware. There is a motion picture that they plan to come out and release on Independence Day, called Independence something or other. They have moved it up a day, it's released up a day, and now they've moved it up another day. So what's going on? Just use those clues to guide you by what you do.

Go on please. That was about all there was on that. I'm going to try to get the first two hours again tonight when they repeat the program. Okay, and I'm reminded to also add a few other things that were happening locally here, which Commander may not be in a position to comment on other than circumspectly, but I would call to your attention for the last couple evenings, there's been a tremendous amount of pulse blasting, blasting you've heard, plus pulsing of several of us, I felt, under strong attack. A number of us have been hit hard. There has been, we have noticed in the evening, in walks in the more mountainous areas, a haze, a very curious kind of low-lying haze coming up from over the hills in the direction of the Northrop and Lockheed Underground secret facilities.

And those of you who live in this area will notice it's very convenient that Tatch-V-Mountain Park has been closed by quote-unquote plague. So that's a little closer to these areas and these facilities than is my residence. I can look at it from, and they can't close my residence. So I'm trying to say there are hints. Plus, in the daylight yesterday, there are animals not usually out there wandering around on the streets around my house way down the mountain from where they should be and not in their nocturnal habits. Due to activity going on over the hills and in the step up of the pulse system, the grid system.

So there are several things going on even locally here, which are indicative of the larger scene. And so whether we actually have an earthquake or not, we might thank the hosts for their work in patching and holding and gluing things together long enough to get things accomplished. But as far as are we overdue, if I show you the Pacific Plate earthquake map for just this past week, there is activity around the entire perimeter of the Pacific Plate except where it meshes along the coast of North America. So for this retired geologist to say, to expect activity in Southern California, Northern California and Seattle is a very good statement to make on just general grounds because we are well, well overdue.

And we're living from day to day in a very thankful state of not rocking and rolling so far. So that's all I want to say. And what what what Tony wanted to say was you have so many clues now. If you just look and remember his previous lessons and look at the clues, you can tell when we're on alert and when we're not. And here it's even easier, as commander says, between the Kazarian's moving the the propaganda movies up to suit their timetables or something is innocuous as KNX Radio in Los Angeles, putting their little commercial in saying, and when you feel a shaker always stay tuned to KNX radio, blah, blah, blah. You know that we're on an earthquake alert, a planned earthquake alert. Very easy. They tell you right there.
