They transfer and maybe even into some of the trading programs they can pull out as much as 500 million at a time. And that is rolled into a trading program and sucked right back through the circle so the bank has all its value back. If they never see that contract again or you, they have paper-wise recovered, and they'll roll it right over again to you, and right over again to you, but you had to have that first substantial valid backing, and you know you have it because the elite have used it, and they have used enough of it that when they could not produce it, they are folding. So many billions of dollars went through BCCI. BCCI didn't go out of business, except in the United States. They know the value, or the unlimited value of that certificate. So you only deal with a contract. The certificate was originally a bearer certificate, and people get debted over that.

So it becomes valueless, and once that valuelessness was registered, only the contract has value. Does anybody want to ask me some questions about this? How did it originate? I'm not going to answer that. I just said you can ask me. given a specific contract, who currently owns that contract? Who does it belong to? I think I'll hold that one too. Let me ask another question. If I take it to the Bank of Netherlands and say, here it is, and I'll say, well, who are you?

And I'll say, well, I represent, and then I don't have anything to say. You'll have it on the paperwork. Okay, fine. They already have it. There's a great deal of silence coming from The Hague too. There's also the Bank of Scotland too. Play with it. It's safe in that you're just dealing with a contract to see if it's valid. If they come to you and say, passing, fraud, etc. No. There is a registered contract in the state of Illinois and they have not been able to undo it. But the banks, remember, the banks and who owns them. And there's not enough wealth anywhere else other than maybe Bronfman. And you've got to understand some of the elite players. It's power. It's having it all. It's manipulation. What I consider pure evil. Manipulating, destroying, getting.

Getting. But Brunfman doesn't want to destroy Wally Gentleman. There's no point in destroying Wally Gentleman. Wally is going to go out and make some good motion pictures. build a worthwhile industrial complex. And he isn't even asking Bronfman for any of his money. He's just asking Mr. Bronfman to basically hold this collateral. And in exchange for that, he gets whatever Wally's going to let him have off of it, which I would guess is going to be a lot because, I mean, Mr. Bronfman is not a philanthropist for goodness sakes unless it pays him in tax savings.

So let him have it. Almost half is built into letting them have it. And if Wally can't live on the rest of it, then we'll help him. And it's right. You'd think he'd found the fountain of youth, wouldn't you? We'll get some colloid DHEA in there, Rick, and he'll be creeping soon. Say, Mama, Dada. You don't get out of here easy once you've made a commitment. And I would like to see Ron and Paul and some of those in Hawaii who have given so much to a structure for freedom and recovery of the Constitution. You see, the world powers don't think you are really a threat to moving a world back under the Constitution. This is another smug thing about these thugs.

They cannot imagine that anybody except them could do it. And I represent the thorn in their side. And yet they know that I'm not going to give them any trouble either if they just meet their agreements. And they aren't going to object to somebody starting a little New Mexico Republic as long as it doesn't interfere. It's a real pain in the neck to try to CC Texas. For God's sakes, that's bush country. I respect their efforts, but I ask all of you to not get involved in that operation. You have another mission, and to have you incarcerated because you didn't want to carry a driver's license is not acceptable.

That is somebody else's mission. And half of the half will go over to the teams that want to do something, really something. Not go to war, but something about the Constitution and rebuilding a nation. And together, even your enemies will help you once they come out from their dumbfounded, stunned existence. It's funny. What are you silly people in Tehachapi think you're doing? The president of RoboBank is just having a bad time about that. You know, they absorbed the losses of bearings. That means that that bush bunch pulled a hell of a lot of money out of Roba Bank. And now we come in with the valid document. We just fax it over to him and say, Mr. President President of RobaBank. Here it is. How do you know it's going to work?

Because you have one who worked in that Bush intelligence community who is still speechless. Oh, well, you'll never do anything like that. Just call Bush? You used to work with the Bush boys. Well, you can call his lawyer and, you know, if I'm going to prove up on anything, I have to be paid and all this stuff. And I think Rick would probably enjoy telling you about what happened when he called back. They didn't say, hee-hee, ha-ha. They said, we'll be back to you. And then another week went by and suddenly his, all the past stuff that they'd buried on him to wipe out his past background, we can assume he did a little dealing because suddenly they start fixing his past.

But they're not ready to deal at this time. So I personally wrote to Mr. Bush and said, oh, I believe you're ready to deal at this time. Obviously, he doesn't know where to turn. His world is falling apart right out of Monek's bank. You see, these are braggarts too. They found a way to run CDs against that certificate and then pull out the CDs. It was clever! But now they're arresting all of them because there was nothing substantial to back it up. They could not literally qualify when it came time to back hit up and their enemies came against them. And that's not me. I have no enemies. I like all of them working for me. And whether they realize they're doing it or not, even in your local little cases, they certainly are working for us.

So let's not get on their case too badly. Every stupid error they make works for us. But it would be nice to begin to get some of this funding now. We're ready. We've trained, just like the Olympic team. We've worked 24 hours a day for a lot of years now. It's time to get on with it. It's time to begin our motion pictures. It's time to have abundance so we can get our industrial complex functioning. If we're going to end up islands and so forth from massive earth changes, we need to be prepared for that.

We need to be prepared with enough reserves to get us through a period of time until we can start growing again, and I'm talking about food. It's time. So I just want you gentlemen to have this opportunity to go out and demand that they pay you. And when you have someone that you can call an acquaintance or a friend that you can talk to personally and explain some of these things so that they can go check with the right parties, I think they'll begin to back you. There's too much in it for them. Greed always takes over. Always.

Now I would entertain some questions. I guess we can go. No questions. Commander, if more than one source of funding is secured, can more than one source take part? If more than, oh you bet. I'm going to remind you, we are talking of trillions of dollars. And the one working with us now understands the necessity of rolling it over and rolling it over rapidly in the beginning. You see, oh Benson, oh boy, they had it. This Iran-Contra covered everything. There was no Iran-Contra. This was dreamt up to cover and cover and major, major CIA drug trades trades and a lot of that could be lumped under Oran contra and put poor little dumb stupid Ollie North up there to answer well you've got some prime players dealing with the instrument itself and I don't like to blow this one too much but Russell Herman was involved to his ears in it and Russell is the one who managed to salvage it for us.

So we always honor that, but he was a high, high player. He was high enough to play in the mafia group with Onassis in Greece. Had a partner over there, for goodness sakes, who is now working with us, by the way. George Bush, Alan Greenspan, James Baker, Benson, and even Ollie North. I went personally to these ones. They are absolutely and totally responsible for Russell being murdered, but there's one you're all going to hear about and most of you in here will even remember. There was one that had some of these claims and things going. His name was Nichols or Nicholson. Beware.

Betrayer. Niccolo. Niccolo. Niccolo, thank you. Andy. Andy. Beware. Be careful. Because it will be those that reach out there. But you see, they knew the value of it. And Andy says, oh, I can get that. and be careful because other people came into it through Greenlight, Buckley. They all knew the value was there, but do you really think the elitists were going to let go of that money for farm claims, for you, for goodness sakes?

And then they could see a way to make you pay $300 a piece to come in to file a paper against this and then they could pay you off or they could promise you or whatever and Mr. Bush shut down the entire operation and it became an invalid. Oh, Ron Jackson was right. They just keep disconnecting the telephones all along the line. thousands of dollars for these small insipid little operations. Well I don't like small insipid operations. I want to go for large insipid operations. Commander? Yes. We've got a subscriber in Florida who's very curious and asked me several times now to ask you how far the Phoenix is from this planet.

Would you care to respond? And also there's been numerous sightings of the Phoenix in all different locations. Son of a gun. And if you'd care to comment on that also. It varies so much with distances that it doesn't mean anything. We're a long way out, but we'll mostly be seen in the morning now for your own viewing. We don't have the same path rotation as we are in the East in the morning. So we're out there usually. What time in the morning? Early. And you can, it, the ship is bright enough and we don't turn off the lights until three light. So it'll usually be the last one that you'll be able to see. In Africa, some places around the globe will be seen in both the East and the West. Which one is the real Phoenix?

Well, the real Phoenix flashed their light, see. This is a big world, a big illusion, and pretty soon you're going to think we're everywhere. But right now there is a lull while other things are taking place that you will notice almost all of, even your quote stars seem very, very distant, very dim. These are communications. God has a plan too. And when God and Satan really cross horns or hook horns, you always know who's going to win because God created the stage. But if you can keep the stage for your own performance, then the game is on. And so we'll just call it the war of Satan and God. And since you are a manifestation out of the thought projection of God creator and you're fragments of God on this stage, then you have a lot to do and say about how the play goes.

And I, in my own dimension, have a lot to say about how the play goes. And there are some protections, some agreements, some contracts that literally Satan will not break but some of the idiots on your place will if they can get away with it. You see, you have a lot of would-be kings. And there's only one. And if you're already working with that one, most of your worries are over. Patience kicks in, and then getting your creative capabilities online is where we are now. So you are provided with the instrument from which you can go create all the wealth in the world. And you can do it in a goodly, productive, positive way. You could never believe that you could come to a time in history, would you, where something can be created.

It's there. All you've got to do is go collect it. Everybody hear me? They crapped in their own nest. They built it up for you and then they ruined it for themselves. They can still have and share and quite frankly you're going to need some of that adversarial team to reclaim, aren't you? Or you're going to go under the Kazarian rule and let me tell you, skull and bones is nothing compared to that enemy. That is the enemy. And they have stolen, that bunch has stolen the entire heritage of the Jewish people. And up until now, you've not been able to judge your enemy. And I'm talking about picking him out.

I'm not talking about judging his capabilities. And quite frankly, both are in trouble. They just can't figure out how to finish each other off. So they go right back to the things that can be done jointly. Let's get rid of the population. We all have agreed we've got to depopulate. So there are some things, brother, that we have to do together. And we don't want to cross God too much until we get farther down the line and really get dirty and nasty. There will come the day that it will be warfare.

And since both sides now have such incredible weaponry, it will be ugly. And quite frankly, I don't know if there are enough of you rewriting the script to be able to pull it off. We'll see how many of these contracts you can get turned into value. You don't want big bunches of money in your pockets. You want value in an institution somewhere and debit cards are nice. Corporations strung out everywhere are nice. If you have to have your pile of gold here in front of you, you don't have the right idea. That's dangerous. That's deadly. So put it out of your mind. And if you look at it as a pot of gold and, ah, I can have the world now myself, you aren't going to get it. Because it's a time of letting go of ego and using that ego for the perfection of your talent.

to create value in this world. And you will be killed if you stuff a bunch of stuff in your pockets and you wear your Rolex watches. You will be better off with a wind-up Timex, I'm telling you now, for five bucks, than to be killed for a diamond or a watch on your wrist, so that somebody can go out there and get drugs. You're going to learn to live by value, both of soul and ego, or you're going to perish in this hell of things and a world gone mad. Abundance is a wonderful thing. You should have lovely homes, lovely furniture, lovely dining, because you're on this world to experience the abundance of God.

But showing it off will cost you your life in this world anymore. They will kill for 25 cents or nothing on the very streets of L.A. They will rob you if they think you have something. You are not living if you have got to have a fort of your home. I've warned all of you, don't get married to anything on this world that is so important that you will look back and endanger yourself just to have it. Let it go. If they come with their automatic machine gun, for goodness sakes, let it go. You can create the replacement. All you've got to do is understand your capability and your God power, which gives you automatic capability of creating what you want.

I'm sorry that I had to learn to think big because you don't. You just need to be able to access value to build, to produce, to create other things, and then to grow up through with a better way. People will come along with a better way. And you now have what you need to survive physically. You're not going to get through the rest of the way without feeling bad on certain days. But you don't have to die of these things. But you have to take responsibility for attending yourself. What you do is you do something for a while, you get a little better, and then suddenly you get sick and then you look around and I don't feel good. This stuff isn't working. Oh, well when did you last use your little electric pulse box? Month before last. You mean I needed to do it again? You don't have to do these things every day and for most of the time you don't need more than a drop or two of a specific mineral colloid.

You see all of 99% of all these pills you take are just sloughed off. Sloughed off. You can't use it. And we can bring right down from the capsules. The body is going to get what it needs from a couple of three to five drops, but we need to have time to get on to doing that. It's a different process. In the copper, silver, gold, and titanium, you needed more particulate and a higher frequency than a typical elemental colloid. And it's very rare. Most don't even begin to know how to make a colloid.

We do. You've already got it in Goundriana. And you have absolutely every element in Goundriana. This will keep your immune system good, but you're under attack now. And you still don't eat well. And you don't tend yourselves. So you're going to need these extra things. That's up to you. And that's your responsibility. You have to know that you have to keep all the cells, all the various and sundry things in your body charged, because charging will repel. It will keep your blood circulation going and keep those cells from clumping. The Gyaldreana will allow a total merging, absolute merging of the cellular structure, replacing the DNA properly within a cell so you will be able to eventually stop mutating them all.

But until you literally change a lot of things in your environment, you're going to have mutations continuing, continuing. You can't breathe the air in LA, for instance, without it affecting some set of cells in your body. So for goodness sakes, take these little people and allow them to continue to grow and be strong as they grow. Give them the things they need to protect them. And you can change this world. There is no such thing as I can't. There is only I won't. There is no such thing as if. It's just do it.

And I'm not going to spend another eight years convincing you. You go convince that banker or that friend of that banker or that head of the mafia. Almost everybody knows one, don't you? Is he an operative for that? Oh, absolutely. More so than the former, not Sharon, but Perez. How did Perez fit into this and how is Clinton fitting into right now? It seems that they're really destroying his whole substance. Oh, he's coming down. Yes. They would rather have, for instance, if we're going to have to phase out a presidency, for instance, they want the structured wimp nitwit of your vice president. I call it the tree-hugging green operation, not as in George, as in the green movement.

You see the major way that they have of accomplishing getting all of your property is through this ecological movement. You won't take care of it and you won't watch your little rodents and your little scorpions and things like that so big brother is going to for you and pretty soon you don't have any land. You know where the United States of America belong to you the people? Now all that public land belongs to the federal government. That's not you. You try to go use that land. So they will structure things on a piece of BLM land that maybe a man has run his cattle on for all of his life, two or three generations, and they'll put a stop across the road to the water. You are now a trespasser.

Even if you have a contract with them, you are a trespasser. And maybe they found a three-toed lizard, so you can't use this land anymore. And also because of grazing, the little blue flower that is only a quarter of an inch across is being smothered out. You would do the world a magnificent favor if you just phased in marijuana again. Now what my enemy is going to do with that statement is really going to be interesting. the most useful one plant on your globe. It is a perfect protein. It is so fibrous that you can make cloth, paper, you can even squash it into bricks. It is a fantastic plant. And And the elite knows it. You could quit cutting down your forest and grow hemp.

It'll grow anywhere. It'll grow in a bucket in a closet. Ask the kids. During the war, they needed rope. They needed the hemp fiber. So they planted fields of it in West Texas. It still grows. They still try to squash it out in West Texas. It will grow in the turn rolls. You're going to have to turn to things like that.

That is true ecological growth. And then you can stop cutting down your trees. But before this ever is allowed to happen, they are going to use all of those things to tighten down closer and closer and closer and closer until they smother you. It is a part of the plan to acquire everything. Remembering, if you pay taxes on your house, you're only a renter. You own nothing. As long as you are paying taxes for which they can come and incarcerate you or seize your property because you didn't pay. You own nothing. That is an illusion. Between the railroad properties, which obviously goes right back to the elite, and the public land grab, you don't have any land. And you don't have any house because you have to pay property taxes. The government is in total turmoil. After they get through butchering up Clinton, then they'll butcher up Dole.

You see, it's going to be easy to get Dole, because Mr. and Mrs. Dole took millions of dollars out of the Swiss accounts that belonged to the Khazarians. When they changed the bank, they paid off the bribe. They paid off these high-rolling politicians. They were on the dole. Absolutely. And the fifth column went in, and that's why Mr. Dole is retired now. The fifth column went in and transferred a lot of that money back into the treasury, but not all of it. And were they doing it for the good of the world? Maybe now, but they weren't then.

These people get on the outs. Well, you're going to find that the CIA has been the biggest players in the whole game. And Norma once said to me, oh my God, are you going to tell me that we're going to end up having to work with somebody like George Bush? Oh no, we don't have to work with him. He was just smart enough to come out of skull and bones and get himself into a major, major player's position through the CIA, etc. And you've got several factions going within the CIA. And some of that gets distracted in its operation procedures. Well, then the fifth column comes in and starts raking out money out of their little private accounts because with computer system, you can't accomplish almost anything book-wise if it ever goes into any machine.

Well, those bank accounts in Switzerland, there was nothing special about them. And they could begin to suck out of those accounts and then just announce, like Mr. Dole, it's either resign, sir, I already have your money and it's already transferred, so you are now broke as far as the Swiss banks are concerned, and now we're going to tell. So here are your resignation papers. You have a choice. Well, sweet little Izzy, though, got as much as he did. I believe $50 million a piece out of one little bitty transaction. Remember the $23 billion missing from the major accounts? where it went.

Subject I can go on for days. I just wonder, maybe he's not talking about the Senate, but yet, about him. Oh, well, running for it doesn't mean getting. And maybe he'll even get it. It's all so structured that it's just part of the game. And I see what you're asking, why did the fifth column not really just shut him down? Well, maybe he's the lesser of several evils going on. And they're not all that pure themselves. Commander, may I ask one more question? Actually, I'd like to report on something that we've been engaged in in Honolulu.

Very happy to have you report. And that is regarding the election fraud or election improprieties, as we like to call them. And recently the Attorney General of the state of Hawaii came out with a finding of missing ballots in our last election, 300, two precincts and the numbers of them and sequencing. And perhaps I could have Melissa, who is the coordinator of the Citizens Committee for Voter Integrity in Honolulu, explain some of that and report a little bit more fully on that aspect, okay?
