But I will also tell you, Lou is capable, whether he realizes it or not, without anything. Lou was given the insight. He was a mess. Everything was wrong with him. the light and then everything worked. So he is an example of the perfection you can achieve. Not necessarily will and it will never be through the diet alone. He could do everything this insightful experience and this knowing now that he has, is they'll be sick. So which comes first, the chicken or the egg? I have a mission here, you have a mission here. I can't let these people here. Some of you maybe can focus on lunch, much less what you're going to eat. And you're still children. You're still growing. And a tea party is still a very, very sweet thing. Why? Because the mind goes back into infinity. This is why they say, oh, the streets will be milk and honey. Food, food and sweet. Oh, how sweet. Well, what happens when your child is hurt? Come and I will kiss it and make it better. And how about a little cookie? It is a loving experience. You would have just as much fun to come down here to a dish of pickles, sour pickles, if you like sour pickles. And maybe we'll do that too, just for the trial, just for the experience of it. But it's not customary. It is harder to cook a vegetarian meal to bring down here for an afternoon tea break. So I think you wouldn't have a tea break, is what I think would happen. What I don't want you to do is focus on something to the exclusion of your mission, of your purpose. We have a job to do. We have a real job to do. And you heard two people tell you who know. We've got to get the word to the four corners of this globe. It doesn't mean we shove them down anybody's throat. It doesn't mean Dorma's going to keep right on typing. It's going to mean that no matter how we struggle, we need to keep a paper going out as long as we can. Doesn't mean that if we had to stop tomorrow, we haven't done a good job. But isn't it better to go ahead and create the resources so we don't have to stop tomorrow and then get started all over again? So that's what we're about. And the few can do it. Because the few, you don't know, they are reflected all out there. Waiting, in fact, just to be able to get tapes from this weekend. And when you think about how hard it is to stay on this little idealistic path in the spite of everything that keeps hopping in, including whether I should be a vegetarian or a meat eater. It depends on what you're talking about. Is a piece of steak from the market more disagreeable to you than the thought of cutting off an ostrich's head? Out here, it's the new meat. Or what about the chicken? So maybe it's easier to have a chicken egg. Ah, but is it a fertile egg and is there a baby birthing in that egg? When God has given you what you need to thrive and everything is out of balance, so don't get farther out of balance trying to fix something that maybe isn't broken. It should not be your main focus, but you're going to find that as you move along in a vegetarian world you will flat feel better. You truly will. You will get rid of that heaviness and the indigestion and but to push it and make Have I killed that one? Yes. I'm still a little puzzled about it because I eat out of my garden and I like to eat fresh. You know, the parasite thing that you mentioned. Don't worry about it. Do you cook them or would that help if you cooked them a little? You can rinse them in a hydrogen peroxide solution you're going, I mean if you're going through your garden, go right ahead and eat whatever's there. And go through parasite cleanse periodically. That's easy enough, you don't have to do the whole program. Go on a couple of days with the walnut hull. Or get one of the pulse boxes. Three days on that of regular use and you should get rid of those parasites. Post-raisin brandy me? Yes. That'll do. Oh, Pulse 75. I wish somebody would. Thank you. I'm Paul Kenyon and I'm a nature path. I also come all the way from Hawaii just to argue with me. I just would like to present a viewpoint that may be of some assistance to some people. If anyone has noticed, I drink coffee and I also eat donuts. I wanted that confession on the highest possible order and experiencing a miserable level of health. I'm just telling you this is what I find my own personal experience and what I've seen with others as well. I see myself at this time in my own life as a recovering health food fanatic. Thank you. I wish I'd said that. That's really good. Okay. This is what I found out. If you're a Caucasian and your ancestry is from Western Europe, you would probably do well to eat largely a vegetarian diet with some fish, some chicken, and some eggs. I would be cautious about the milk, because most of the dairy cattle are of a hospital-grade standard. They're diseased, and the secretions are diseased, and the milk and dairy products are diseased. How about the ocean fish? White, small, not at the end of the food chain. Because if you're eating swordfish, you may find yourself drooling into the evening, indicating that your body has been overwhelmed with mercurial salts that have accumulated in the tissue all the way back to the level of diatoms and the plankton level and all the food that goes on that is a part of that food chain until you build a swordfish. So for fish, for those who like fish, I know some of the people that are inland, where I come from, originally born in Massachusetts, very close to the ocean, I've eaten fish all my life, but I always stay away from the scavengers, the cockroaches of the ocean, and I stick with whitefish, small fish, again to avoid the mercurial salts that accumulate in other industrial waste. The strict vegetarians that I have treated have difficulty recovering once they become ill. If they will shift the diet away from a strict vegetarian diet, once they become ill, to some fish and some chicken, and I'm again referring mostly to Caucasians, that they will recover very nicely in a few months with some proper adjustments, particularly if the consciousness is adjusted upward too. So I provide this opportunity. If I can get the strict vegetarian to break from the diet at least until they have recovered their health, they will find out that eventually if the body is not truly adapted to the vegetarian, a strict vegetarian lifestyle, that their health problem will resume within a number of months or a year or so after they've recovered by switching back to a non-vegetarian diet. Some fish and some chicken. And again, specific vitamins and minerals and whatever is necessary to turn that condition around. With regard to overall dietary habits, it's totally individual. You've got to look and be aware of the biological individuality of each individual person. As each individual has a certain spiritual message, each individual is learning various spiritual lessons, fear, anger, and sadness, and variations of those, and moving in the direction of following into the path of the masters and learning the process of raising and purifying the consciousness. That aside, all of us are on these various, I should say, lifestyles that may get us into problems with our health and teach us lessons about those problems along the way. So, Roger Williams is the individual I'm thinking of when I speak of biological anybody wants to get that possibly remember that book. You are extraordinary. Thank you. Beyond the biological individuality, if you're just aware of that, you eat a food that is suitable for you. And I recommend moderation, which in Japanese is tekitoni, an idea that is in balance, and again it reflects on the idea of a recovering health food fanatic. Nothing of a single nutrient, whether it's just an enzyme, or whether it's a certain mineral, or whether it's a certain garden vegetable of sorts, is going to do the trick. It will not do the trick in most cases. It's a holistic approach, mind, body, spirit, approach to these kind of health and nutrition problems. And again, not being so preoccupied with the eating that you lose sight of a greater mission. So, does that clarify some of the points that were being made? And if anybody has any questions, if I can respond, I'd be happy to. Yeah, sure. Hi, Ron here. Paul and I are the vegetarian terrorists of Honolulu. And I just wanted to footnote. Melissa mentioned something that that that I've observed over some years working in Honolulu with various people. Quite often, Paul and I treat similar people or people, the same people. And what I watch with the vegetarians is because of the lack of the ability to extract the proper proteins for the body. This is not on all cases either, but I've watched the dental conditions of certain vegetarians that have been vegetarians for like 30 years. And the protein sheath, I believe, around the enamel of the teeth. Remember, the enamel is made of calcium salts, a crystalline substance, but it's also actually bound together in the tooth with protein. And I believe that if that protein isn't properly absorbed, that that can't occur. And I've seen very severe dental decay in some vegetarians in 40 and 50 year at their fourth and fifth decades. And this is what we see. This this is unheard of in our profession, supposedly rampant decay. And people are in their 40s and 50s or 60s. But this is an we don't know why that occurs. We can't. It's not explainable by the current theories of dental decay. Does anyone have any other questions? This may get to be a moot subject as time goes on. Commander, the only issue I had on the nutrition was that I had learned from Dr. Hill's et cetera, that spirulina as an algae was so nutritionally complete protein. And it was a complete protein and could replace or do as much or more good for you than meat, nine of the so-called essentials, 19 of the amino acids, etc. Is that a good substitute then for the meat? Yes, if you guess. I always feed it to the grills. Chlorella? How about chlorella? The question was chlorella. That was... Blue-green algae. Your spirulina and your blue green algae. They are complete food. Your best source of the B vitamins for instance will be in your brewed yeast. There are all sorts of things that, ah, but I should back up. You can also pick up some pretty bad stuff out of contaminated yeast. Be careful. If you've got smut that has started in that yeast, it can also be, it can make you ill. And while you are living in a world of too much abundance, especially, you are going to go off that wagon. When the time is necessary and you are on survival rations, we are interested in that period of time. And that means that you need to be supplied with things like tofu, ghiandriana that has grown within it, the spirulina or the algae, that those elements, we have to be very, very careful because they are a whole life form and they will flourish so well that you don't get a colonizing of them, you will get a crop of it. And you have to wait then until the crop of it dies off and is reconsumed to have your, you know, your marketable. And when I say marketable, what you had there with that green in it was the best you could have. But it isn't marketable. And it's very hard to tell what you have unless you have planted it there, whether you have a wild algae that really could make you sick. So just use your head. You are coming upon a time, and thank God each of you like the things that have been basically provided. And beans are good. And ones will say, well don't put anything in there that can contaminate it. Why? Your whole world is contaminated. If a little smoke flavoring in the pot of beans makes it more palatable with a little tomato ketchup, then have it. Stop it. You don't want to make eating the drudgery that you're making it sound like to me. Mommy doesn't need to spend her life in that kitchen picking over your turnip greens. She has a production to do also. So if everybody wants to pitch in and pluck the tulips and eat the petals, do it. So don't expect someone else to run your major, massive, controlling diet, no matter what it is. Don't become a slave to one more thing. And then when we move into the harder times, things will begin to cut down, shut down, cut down. Then you will want some chickens on a farm where you can have a source of food where you can give your chickens the colloids. Up at the ecker's house are the most healthy birds you will ever find wild or inside. They are always, every drop of water they get is treated with the bottom dropout of all of the colloids mixed with the oxysol. There are no parasites in that just wild water out of the tap. And the birds flock to it like magnets. They go through gallons of it in a recirculating fountain and in these float valves. So at least once a day the water has these additives. If you did this with your chickens and you could raise your chickens on the globe and they will lay you healthy eggs and you won't have to worry about salmonella. So you will be able to have the eggs. I'm not in favor of killing off your animals. So I'm really torn with any kind of a conversation like this. under any circumstances just to have the luxury of living. When you could live better over here without it. This is a good time, somebody said, well when will we do the projects and what projects and so forth. It's time to refresh your minds. I'm not going to sit here and go over everything that is named for this valley, and already there was discussion about buying one down south in the 29 palms, that area, Palm Springs area, is chlorella. We fully intend to raise chlorella. Now that's just part of, that will be a major project. And underground growing fields, hydroponic growing, we need a major supply source of the soybean, the enhanced soybean. It basically is not a hybrid, it is just flat, a better soybean because of what we put in the soil. It will have every mineral because we will put it there. We have the rare earth, we will mix it there. And that can be utilized the same as a meat product because it is so adaptable. Maybe it doesn't taste exactly like beefsteak. It is not the flavor because you can season it. It is not the flavor. It is a consistency. It is the feel in your mouth. That's why people like fat. Fat is satisfying. It feels good. And any gourmet eater of hamburgers, Literally. The fat is what is soothing to you inside and yet it's so devastating to you. And yet you've got to have butter fat. Now that's just flat one of, and when I say butterfat, of course, you don't have to have the butter. There are other things you can get it from. But the simplest form of getting it now is from butter. I'm not any more impressed with the quality of vegetable shortening than I am with what they do to it, than I am with the possibility of butterfat being contaminated. And yes, it can be. and some of the worst things will go over into the fat product and be taken out of the skim milk. So, there's no way, however, you can analyze each thing you get. Most are not wealthy enough to be able to do that. Although, if and when it comes to the point you eat only what you need, your bills are going to go down anyway because you will, as you begin to cast out the junk food and eat the proper proportions, it isn't going to be that expensive, but it's boring. And quite frankly, when you are overstressed, I don't want your life to be boring. At this point, most of you, the only time, only break you have from whatever you are doing for us, for me, is to go eat. What else is there in society anymore except to watch the gladiators and eat? So I, you know, be careful what you do because if you do pleasurable bit of camaraderie into another desperate task You've made an error It isn't going to heal you it is going to intensify the illness There should be a pleasurable time and if it has come to be at supper time Enjoy And always, if you have a vegetable garden, you're going to be alright. Don't get hung up on the parasites either. And once you get cleansed, you don't... Once you have a healthy body, it's going to throw them off. Just don't get hung up on it. You can ask as many as you want. This is not a real technical question, but one of the people in Honolulu who has been reading many of the journals asked me to ask if the eight volumes of the, I believe it's the the Plaides Connection, are in process of, when and if they're going to be available. These are the ones that I think were held up by George Green and were banned by the federal government because of the truth of their nature. And I didn't know what the status is at present and I said that I would ask. There are only four of the journals in that series that are truly banned. And they are the ones which to me... I started to say most important and then I qualified it to tell you the least important. The reason they were the most important is Germaine took and worked with Walter Russell and corrected some of the misperceptions of Walter Russell's receivings that were either too difficult to understand, better expressed in a different way or literally were incorrect as they flowed all the way through in all of the octaves. The charts are excellent but later on this same information was given in a different format to Tom Asley in South Africa and he didn't know anything about Walter Russell at the time he received the information. So no matter what you hear, just know that Tom Ashley and we have the affidavits. I have the drawings. I contacted them and asked for the material. And Tom very graciously began to send his original drawings to me. So we have them, and when the quarrel is over, we will have better books. They are the least important because the information is, after all, available, and there is nothing they can do to prevent us from correcting the errors. Nothing. And we can use little vignettes. Certainly there is no law that says we cannot mention the name of a scientist of that magnitude. If they are going to recognize him as a leading scientist, then they can't keep that information forever. But the lovely part of all of this is the way it should have been done in the first place. We should have had this allowance, and that is working with the ones at the head of that institute, and I call it an institute, it's no more a university than this room. This is a better one. They have turned the Russell Foundation into a metaphysical bunch of, you go over and meditate and you get in touch with your higher power and all of those wonderful things. They call themselves New Age. You'd have to go back and read Nora's writings about the Russells and Lowell's family line and all of this. They're all hooked in with England through the Tavistock Institute and Brookings Institute, which is a branch of the Tavistock Institute handling mind control and religious studies of this New Age group. Well of course they don't want Walter Russell's material out the way we would present it. But Russell had already put it out. And they copyrighted it. They did him in. He gave his things to Duke University, I believe. Princeton maybe. He scattered them actually. foundation that took over. Remember, Russell remarried in his elder years. A much younger woman, Lyle's much younger. And I do not put Lyle Russell down. Her ideas of meditation, etc., apparently matched his, but I don't think that his wife of a zillion years really appreciated it. And I don't think it was responsible on his part to treat his human existence like that. And certainly he was more spiritual during his development of these theories. And the gift that he was given, this man could do, he was a sculptor, he was an architect, he was everything. And yet things were missing in his life. Lao came along, this beautiful woman, and he was captivated. They had much in common. And he had been a part of the elite societies. Come off it! This was not a, oh my goodness, I'm born of God today. This man grew in his spiritual understanding. And he was given these great gifts and he never intended to hide them. Nikola, as in Tesla, told him, Walter, it's not time. I tried and I'm telling you Walter, it isn't time. The world is not ready for it and I have had to put mine away. And you will have to put yours away. Man is not ready for this. And surely enough man was not ready for it. The Russell Foundation was then taken by Lao. They bought this palace, Suvarnabhumi, and turned it into a temple. You can call it anything you want. But basically it then became a temple to Lao, still using this Russell air about it. And she was a beautiful, beautiful woman, with grace, with poise, with all of the things. This is the way things get sidetracked. Now what happened? Timothy Binder, nice, I believe he's a chiropractor, I believe he's a naturopath. And he travels. He was a nice guy. Well, without giving a very close name to all of you, he's the one who turned George Green in. Nobody was after Dorma. America West Publishers, George Green was abrupt. The reason that anybody mentioned it to Timothy Binder. And then it began to really fall apart. And George did all the wrong things, but he thought he could get in there and work it out with Timothy. I want to tell you, he still owes all that money that he bargained for. Timothy's out. He travels and he teaches healing and other things. He's still on the board of directors. But guess what? And comes from, again, Africa. Left Tom Masley over there. He doesn't even know it, but this Melford O'Keele, Okilo, chief of one of those states, the river state of Nigeria. We got along with him just fine, just fine. We use his material, he is appreciative, he wants to work out whatever can be worked out so we can work together. in this man's life and is to get the truth of light and God out. And we can work together with Walter Russell's material. We don't have to go over and do whatever they're doing. And this is one reason they were offended. I refuse to use anything out of their study courses that Lau had conjured, because it's not real. It is not real. And people may not like it, I'm sorry. However, if you want to go over there, go over there. It is a marvelous experience. Use discernment, weed out whatever it is you don't want any part of, and enjoy the other. But when you listen to O'Keele, he is telling you exactly what was just told to you the last two days and he is a black man with a whole different perspective coming out of the depths of Nigeria, Africa. It's going to get there people. Yes. went to the palace and It is indeed focused mainly on Lao heavy in Masonic trappings Somewhat in disrepair beautiful anyway, but very dark We only had a few minutes, but we shot some video and we'll we'll send them back to the group if you're interested We're interested. Yes it because it's a curiosity now Okay, that's all we had an interesting thing happen. Really basically neighbors of Swannanoa. You had to pass these people's home down the road. And they saw Prince Charles and his entourage going there. This had been maybe three years ago, possibly four. The person with whom we had the most contact went with this other party. And they went to Swarna Palace and looked at the grounds. There was a pentagram at the foot of the Christ of the Mountains. And then there was a tower around in the back with a plank off of it. And obviously a barbecue or something had been at the bottom. A lot of the outer buildings were in total disrepair. And these things were mentioned. It was that these people had been there, had gone inside, and they had the same expression that you just said. It seemed heavy and dark. And they felt really uncomfortable in there. The gardens were gorgeous, and they were able to walk around outside in the gardens and so forth. But commented on these things. And verbatim, from the letter that was sent. We just wrote it in the paper. It's interesting what Timothy Binder did. He wrote a rebuffal. Now, I didn't send it to contact. He published it in his newsletter or whoever's, George Green's I believe, and Bogreit's. And he denied that there were satanic rituals and no one was sacrificed or committed suicide off of that tower. Well, at that point, a tower as such was not mentioned. A platform or something was mentioned because it was a water tower, had a water tank at one time. I don't know what's there. I haven't looked. Not interested. They immediately went out and they changed the pentagram to a six-star. Why bother? Why bother? And why make a big damn deal of it? And they never heard of Brookings Institute. And they, let's see, I believe that they had looked up and there was a Steinberger burger something on the board. And back came a rebuttal that said, well we don't happen to have a Jew on the board now. And we have never had this one or that one on the board. Not that we would object. Just because we have no blacks, Jews, you know, only skinheads, what are we trying to say here? Ku Klux Klan? What are we trying to say here? If you are a Mason and you go down to the local Masonic lodge and you play with the guys and you're proud of being a Mason, what difference does it make? Wouldn't you plant a garden maybe with a star in it or a... What is this? It's what they do with it that you can always tell. What do they deny? What is this? And I still say that you can be president of something and chairman of the board and very possibly you don't know that Brookings Institute is paying your bills. They're pretty good at covering things up, but what difference? And certainly no royalty, they said, was on their board. Well, I guess Prince Charles is no longer considered royalty. I don't know. He was there. And they would be very proud if he had visited. Well, why weren't they very proud? He was seen there. Why the big denial? Why the big denial? Wouldn't you think if something like Brookings Institute was funding you, you'd be kind of pleased about it, if nothing else than the funding? The facts are MI6, which is Her Majesty's secret service, private service, runs the place. Dead. And why do you think there is an African there now? They are trying their very best to work it out so they're not caught in their own trap. And they think they can control O'Keele, but they won't be able to because he's got the light. And maybe he will do whatever they want to do because that probably was the agreement. So he may not stay long, he will be there long enough. And they're having trouble in Africa. They plan to turn Africa, they already are doing it. They're killing off the people. All the blacks, the unwanted they call them. All the unwanted. Now isn't it interesting that Africa is basically, supposedly a black nation and they're going to kill off the blacks? Except for quote the servants, the miners and so forth. Have you ever heard anything so absurd? Not since the East India Company. All this is England. All this is Great Britain. And they're always able to buy. To buy. Now, is the money bad? Or the people? This is genocide we're talking about. This is worse than Kevorkian. My God, you're side and they've done it. Ebola? Come on. It is murder. Well they ain't going to wipe them out. They made one big bad, bad, bad blunder. They brought them to America as slaves. And when they get sick of the way they have been treated, it will be a bloodbath. Because they're passionate about it. And I'm going to be hard put not to help them. A bloodbath in America, Commander? Yes. Can I ask another question? Yes. Changing the subject a little bit to another continent.
