Do you understand that no matter how much you think you know, and Ron works in this every day and he can get up and he knows what he knows. You have every right under the law to avoid paying what you don't owe, even by their calculations. But evasion connotates something entirely different. That is like you playing a criminal game against them, to evade them, to hide from them. And if that's the way you play your game, please leave us out of it. And ones that have to go to criminal extent, to literally take property that can only end up as a felony prison offense. To play this game, for what?

and he is sitting on the witness stand, he's going to be found out for the $23,000 that he took as president of this institute? Where are their thinking minds? And so all the rest of you say, well this could not have any importance whatsoever. Ten years in litigation over a piece of property out here will tell you that conspiracy, that Rico Bunch will not stop at anything to keep you down. I'm just told that I need to be there because this is the 10th year since that very first August that we gathered, but I think that all of us could have a little fun when Brent understands why I couldn't wait until August when he could be here to visit and that I had to leave with a dirty ship because he was off vacationing instead of washing my craft. Things completely out of the realm of anything you've ever thought of are now being discussed and thought of. The one thing that the ones who are involved keep saying is, my God, I never thought of this one, including little Pearl.

Don't worry too much about contracts, except the one you make with God. And those who thought that they were really making progress by getting you talked about on programs such as Extra and so forth, you cannot imagine how much good that did you. Look at your news today. How many in this room are actually really, really withered away and it impacts your life so greatly, this Versace killing? I mean, how many of you ladies dressed in Versace? And since he dressed mostly gay men, I don't see very many uses for his clothes in here now. And do you really have a lot of interest in koononin? But it absorbs every breath of your newscaster's time.

What do you suppose has happened to that cute little dinky thing running around Mars? The whole thing took place in Saskatchewan, so you Canadians enjoy it. And these, these, this little vehicle, that can go anywhere, I mean even up to a rock a foot high and get his little wheel caught up there when it has six individually operating wheels and it's just up there? And it upsets the gay community. And all you ladies are going to have to wear dresses with tops. Well, it works out because the older we get, the more of this stuff, you know, settles down here. to the waist. Oh, life is important. While Versace is having great honor and homage in a multi-million dollar palace in Florida as discussed, the children of North Korea are There you have famine at work under an orchestrated program. And you can't get humanitarian aid in there. I don't think you have any humanitarians left. debacle was pure genocide, wholly intentional.

The biggest diamond mines in the world are there. So it's all tangled up in De Beers and Oppenheimer and you'll recognize some of these names like George Bush, Barry Gold. Well, just keep focused on them. They're your friends. They're going to make it possible for everything else to happen. So we like them. We like them. We love them. And we're going to help them every way we can to make them help us.

There are good people left in this world. There are fortunate people who gained through gross misfortune, but who never lost humanitarian hopes, and dreams, and visions. And we have to then come right up against the next barricade. What seems to be an ideal situation, you get right up there and when it is presented, oh we can't do that. Oh why can't we do that? Well if you did that, there would be so much fighting, we'd kill each other off. So I guess we don't do that. And all of you have such dreams, if we just had money we could fix that.

Have you ever had the problem of a whole bunch of millions of dollars in cash? In cash and try to do something with it? Oh, interesting world. I know you thought, oh God just rained down all this currency on us and we'll just gather it up and we'll just build light. And they'll arrest you and throw you in jail for drug dealing. Well, didn't any money come out of Hong Kong that possibly needed security because after all the things they didn't tell you was that the banks were going to be frozen and you weren't going to be able to haul currency out. So yeah, some of that money did make it offshore. Oh, good old Hatton, he says, boy, I'd get some of that product offshore by the middle of April because after July you're not going to be able to move it. So some did.

It went to great expense to be able to do that. Only to who in the hell in the world in their right mind is going to take cash. Oh, it's interesting from this side too, people. It's possibly even more interesting and I know that you would like to know because you do have inquiring minds or you would not be here. But believe me, it's better that you not. Well are we ever going to do it? Oh yes. Well is it going to be like we hoped and prayed? Oh no.

Not unless you hoped and prayed that it would be for the higher purpose and the perfect will of a perfect God. Well, what is the perfect will of a perfect God? perfection within a universal order that establishes that perfection. A creator. Well who's going to create this cute little jig? You, Dorma, Rick, and all of you who pray that the will of God be done. That these little idiots don't run around and blow it out of the water. But whatever you want to, in your morning meditation, guide their hands, because somebody's got to haul the load. Don't let them get smug or greedy, God. Remember, we're all in this together, God, and I claim you, Creator God, as my other half, and therefore I I demand God that those who hold the pen, P-E-N, will know the way. And they will.

They have and are willing. And no, it's not safe and it's not secure. And it's a big bother because you've got to meet all of the requirements of everything else. They don't have even the privilege of waiting. What will happen in Tehachapi? Maybe nothing. You will have to fight every quarter of an inch of the way now against the city fathers, the planning commission, who won't even let trucks park on the roads over in Capitol Hills? Do you think that you can build a 350-foot dome over there without parking a truck on the road?

Where do you go to build? Well you have to take things in obvious sequence, don't you? And it always takes funds. Well where in the world are we going to get those? I don't know. God's going to manifest them and they're going to fall on you. Has anyone noticed that happening so far? And it becomes very, very difficult. Karen enjoyed this. day ordered to court with Mr. Horn and you think that Mr. Horn isn't tangled up in everything and you don't have a case of conspiracy, listen to this one. He demanded that there be a settlement conference when there was nothing to settle. And he demanded it to the point that, and And Mr. Ellie said, well, the Eckers really have something else they need to do that day, and Mrs. Ecker is ill.

They have to be there. Now, he's never produced anybody except himself, and occasionally Mr. Mitchell. So back and forth go the nasty letters, and, all right, if Eckers have to be there, then you have to produce your clients. So guess what? Mr. Horn comes in and he only has Mr. Mitchell. You see, he's never told his other clients what has happened. And if they ever came to court, they might find out. So he has to take the abuse of the judge who pretends to be angry. His name is Friedman and they know each other, you know, and so it's, you cannot continue to do this, Stephen.

Oh no, sir, I won't. But Mrs. Ecker did not go. And so Karen and Mr. Ellie, EJ, dropped off at the courthouse and went to park the car. So when he was gone and they were in there Mr. Horn and the judge demanding to know well where are the Eckers? Well Mrs. Ecker's not here and Mr. Ecker is parking the car and Mr. Horn this nibbling little scum sucker says, oh one of the new ones? And poor Karen couldn't stand it. She cut him down to a quarter of an inch off that floor. That is pathetic. You should be laughing at all of this because that's all it's worth. And if people in this world have nothing more than to wallow in this kind of hog slop, it is pathetic.

And they don't miss an opportunity. Well say, yes, I had to park all the way to the back. I didn't want my Lexus scratched. Laughter It is so trite. Man has become such trite, small, little creature. How can you revolve the world back into any kind of goodness with those perceptions and attitudes in those elements of your society that make and enforce your laws? And how much do any of you gain? Here is another one. Once we'll come and, uh, to Eckers, you got all the cases, Buster, so, and you have to be prepared to go to jail.

Say what? You pay for your execution for ten years and now you want me to go to jail? What are you going to do? Oh, well, I don't have a case. And you have to be willing to go to jail. For what? Anybody willing to go to jail for nothing more than this is sick to start with. And if that's their calling, let them do it. Let them do it. But you have to see far enough in advance out there of yourself to know that you've got to change the way it's done or you won't ever make any progress. And all the while you're having to struggle within the old, you've got to forever be moving toward something better.

And then the ideal light bulb comes on. I know what we can do. Everybody works on all this sovereignty. We go to Richard McDonald and we learn all about, you know, denationalizing ourselves or defederalizing ourselves and I'm not going to have a driver's license and I'm not going to have this and I'm out of the system. Now you really are out of the system. You can't work, you can't get a job, you can't drive a car, you are now hobbled. But you're sure out of the damn system aren't you? You really helped yourself.

If you need a cup of coffee and a sandwich you can't even get welfare. You're out of the system. Big deal. Why would you do that? Why would you do these? I'm sorry, because there are ones in this room that are suffering from this terrible malady. Get yourself back in the system. Get yourself some help. Get yourself some transportation and get yourself on your feet. Get back in the system so that you can do something about it. And then use your damn brains for something besides holding these ears apart. What do you have in the United States of America and Canada that nothing else in the world has? Anyone except Rick. You have sovereign nations within this nation. Who owns them? them. Paiutes, Sassoumi, Anabagas, Kroes, Apaches, Sioux, there are 554 different tribes.

get two of them to work together. And yet they come right out of reservations which are sovereign. But let me warn you, you've blown it, white man. They don't trust you you as far as they could throw one of those buffaloes full grown. You've ruined yourselves with them. They don't even want your money in there. They will die before they will. And they will die. 85% no less as drunks. So what comes along to boost them? Gambling.

They call it gaming. And of course, the white eyes get in there and show them how to do it and raise enough money to back them so that the casinos begin to pay off and the little inner wars with the government and everything and the people all around they begin to make money and then they begin to make a lot of money and then the big white brother looks and says oh my god they are my God, they're making billions. But that's okay because we're still getting, you know, part in this whole banking stuff. And nobody in the world really likes gambling because that's somehow, that's against God. Now who said that's against God? God is the biggest gambler of all. All of us, you know, just watch all of you and see what you're going to do. And it's a gamble every moment.

Of course. You have, oh my, you have a diamond. It isn't even rough. You have pods of land around where you could build incredible cities, but the Indians don't want you in there building cities. Get off there, find reservations. Well, where are these reservations? You look on any map, or you go for a drive across Arizona and New Mexico, and the very worst place you can find without water for a zillion miles, that's the reservation.

This is just wonderful land. They parked the Indians on and call it sovereign nation. Well, God doesn't play favorites, so He doesn't care if you're Indian or black or purple. He does care what you do with what is under the left side of your chest bone and between your ears and your intent coming out of this midsection of yours. Housing the soul. Now you try to consider working with 554 tribes of Indians to make little sovereign pods around. And And they could even work out something to let some of you immigrate over to their perfect little cities. They don't want you in there. But you know what? Maybe they'd let some of the brothers from the South, called Hispanics, immigrate into there. You're going to end up hating your white covering. If you don't already.

Because you're going to finally wake up and say, Oh, sir, I thought that was valuable. But if you don't mind, I'd like a little more pigment in my skin. It isn't safe. So there's a lot to be done. And do you build your little model structures, your little model industries, your little model this and model that around here, and then you feed it over to these other pods? How do you do that? Well, somebody for some reason, be it error or intent, makes a pretty good movie that comes along every now and then in the midst of the 15,000 of them per year that are worse than no good.

But people maybe can open up their minds and dream a little bit. And after all, some of us, you will say to me, are going to be dead and gone if we don't get on with something soon. After all, the ones who felt themselves old in 1987 are 10 years older in 1997, sir. Well, I know that. I can't count. But I've wondered if most of you could. And we had a lot to do in that decade. Some have done a lot, some have done some, all have grown, whether negatively or positively is strictly up to you. But nothing here in intent has changed one iota from the very first meeting that I had. I told you then we don't have a church, we don't have a cult, I don't like religion. And you can write off and say, I don't know what I think about you. Well I know what I think about you. And it's wonderful. It's mere connotation. It's mere having been the word developed by man means human presentation. Even if the ideal that they're trying to project is perfection, doesn't make any difference. of a term to fit something in the human consciousness. And you can tell by the number of churches with their little different names. Oh, well, we believe. Oh, well, we believe that, but we believe this. And we believe that you've got to dump completely under the water and come up to be baptized and then the others think, well, I'll just drip a few drops on you and that'll do it. Whatever doctrine is built into the religious doctrine is what man has decided will be the guidelines for this church or group or belief system. I can't offer you any of those things. Can't isn't even a good word to use here. I won't. I will not take away your responsibility to yourself by letting you cop out enough to say, but you said, if I just walk with three of my toes off the floor, I would be saved.

And I've walked on my big toes and my little toes for ten years. Are you going to tell me now it has not saved me? That's what I'm going to tell you. It was dumb of you. You've ruined your feet. Your physical fate have nothing to do with your soul. Other than they took you in the other direction, you were so ticked off. So we will become Christians now. And we've got to have an icon. Oh, I know!

We murdered somebody. He was a nice Joe. I heard. I bet if we really look and we'll go ask the Dalai Lama and we'll go ask Maharishi and we will go to Krishnamurti, where is this perfection? And they will tell you, in God. And God, and God, you won't find Him running around. You may find some of His students, His masters, and they're going to be pretty sharp. But they're going to test you too, because that is their job. Are they going to sell you? Are they going to be able to sell you this bill of goods that allows you to cop out one more time with your soul? It's their job, people. Those of you who have these wonderful teachers, the mother, the ones you think are saints, these higher masters ascended.

They're going to let you stumble. And they will never have told you a falsehood. What you will assume on your own, they will let you assume. You will see them produce things out of the atmosphere in universal elements, assembled, created, as you would call it, in their hand and hand it to you. And it will fit perfectly, whatever it fits. It's it. Is that... Is that the answer? No. It's the answer for that one. The truth is in the receiving.

And they will tell you what they're about. And they will tell you what you must do. And they will tell you, above all things, in this universe, if they are worthy teachers, they will tell you, you. You are it. You are it. Nobody can do it for can offer you and we can offer you guidelines but be careful what you take. For if it is in the reality as you perceive reality to be, it is nothing more than a physical thing. And if you put all of your energy over into this physical thing, it becomes meaningful. You give every physical item, object, entity its value. Until you give it its value, it has no power. created by one who knows his own power and now hands it to you to see what the student will do with it.

And if somebody else found this ring, this trinket, this talisman, lying alongside the road unless there is a real purpose for it to be there to attract you, you'll pick it up and you'll say, oh, well, look at this old corroded ring, it must have been out of the Cracker Jack box, blink! Or you can pick it up and say, oh, I have found the talisman of the ages! You have now given it something. But you know what? You have not given it an object or a reason to disappoint you.
