Global Systemic Crisis: The World Steps Out of 60-Year Old Referential Framework

The financial surrealism which has been at the heart of stock market trends, financial indicators and political commentaries in the past two months, is in fact the swan song of the referential framework within which the world has lived since 1945.

The two other major themes addressed in this May 2009 issue of the GEAB are, first, the programmed failure of the two major economic stimulus plans: namely the Chinese and American plans, and, secondly, the United Kingdom’s appeal to the IMF for financial assistance by the end of summer 2009.

It is OVER.  The “swan song of the referential framework within which the world has lived since 1945″ means quite simply that the financial system as it has existed since the Bretton Woods Agreement is finished.  All the king’s horses and all the king’s men won’t be able to put it back together again.  Judging by the grim-faced attendees at the Bilderberg meeting, the foregoing is GOOD NEWS for the rest of us!

Have a close look at the graph, below, which compares the current bear market to three others, including that of the Great Depression of the 1930s.  We are aware that the current depression will EXCEED that of the 1930s and we can see from the graph exactly what that will take.  At the worst point thus far, the S&P 500 adjusted for inflation has been down 57.5%, whereas to equal the losses of the 1930s stock market (the gray line in the graph)requires a loss of 86.2%.  And this bear market is WORSE than that.

In short, there is yet another shoe to drop.  Assuming the markets SURVIVE (and that really cannot be taken for granted as things are going) the question is how long it will take to make the adjustment.  It appears the Bilderbergers have answered that question for us.

Bilderberg Wants Global Department Of Health, Global Treasury and Shortened Depression

Unfortunately, the following comments from American Free Press correspondent Jim Tucker are not yet available on the AFP website because we would much rather steer people to the home of Michael Collins Piper than to Alex Jones.  Nevertheless, it is important to share the information.  Here’s what Jim Tucker had to say in his interview as reported by Paul Watson (emphasis added):

“Treasury Secretary Geithner and Carl Bildt touted a shorter recession not a 10-year recession … partly because a 10 year recession would damage Bilderberg industrialists themselves, as much as they want to have a global department of labor and a global department of treasury, they still like making money and such a long recession would cost them big bucks industrially because nobody is buying their toys … the tilt is towards keeping it short,” said Tucker.

Tucker concluded by noting that Bilderberg members seemed grim faced at this year’s meeting and that geopolitically, “Things are going bad for them, Americans are responding, Europeans are responding, and their program is being blocked.”

What has happened, as the Bilderbergers seem well aware, is that they are now painted into the proverbial corner.  They have been EXPOSED and every effort to get out of the trap of their own devising only gets them more securely stuck–and now, right in the spotlight.  Their Global Plan 2000 didn’t come off on schedule; the Bush-Clinton (Habsburg) plan to undermine and take over from the Rothschilds “Money Masters” has fallen on its face.  NO plan will allow continuation of the status quo ante and their own military and intelligence arms are standing in the way of the Doomsday Option.

What happens when the U.S. dollar ceases to be the World’s reserve currency?

Brazil to Propose Dropping Dollar in China Trade

“We don’t need dollars,” Silva said.  “It’s crazy that the dollar is the reference, and that you give a single country the power to print that currency.”

RF, Turkey Ready to Switch to Settlements in National Currencies

Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan said, “During the talks with the Russian prime minister, we discussed the key issue–to switch to settlements in national currencies in trade and economic relations.”  In his words, this “would help decrease risks and meet the interests of both countries.”

There is a PROBLEM with this approach of simply settling trade without using the dollar as a reference because then THERE IS NO REFERENCE.  Who is to say what a ruble is worth relative to yuan, yen, pesos, etc?  Are currencies fairly valued at present?  Even if they were (and they are NOT because most of the underdeveloped nations’ currencies are artificially undervalued to facilitate theft of those nations’ resources, including the productive output of their people in the form of slave labor)–what happens when there is a change in the underlying fundamentals affecting trade?

It is fine that for now, at least, some nations can find agreement on the values of their currencies and transact business without an outside reference–but to expect all nations can find such agreement when there are such diverse forces at work behind the scenes would be foolish, indeed.  The whole point of a VALUE-based financial system (say, based on gold) is that it provides a true reference for the value of a nation’s currency and thus provides an internationally fungible currency in the form of gold.

The solution is SIMPLE.  Global Alliance Investment Association provides the MEDIUM (a claim against all gold already in or to be brought into the financial system) to facilitate equitable distribution of the wealth of the planet for the benefit of all nations and all PEOPLE.

Jesus of Suburbia

“The lies the government and media tell are amplifications of the lies we tell ourselves. To stop being conned, stop conning yourself.”–James Wolcott

The average household size has declined from 3.4 in 1950 to 2.5 today, a 26% reduction. The average household size was 4.6 in 1900. Our average home size has increased from 1,000 sq ft in 1950 to 2,400 sq ft today, a 140% increase. The average square feet per person in the household has increased by 218%.

Work those numbers a little bit and you will see how the average American has carved out close to FIVE TIMES as much personal living space for himself compared with 1950. The article cites George Carlin with regard to the “NEED” for all that extra space:

Actually this is just a place for my stuff, ya know?  That’s all, a little place for my stuff.  That’s all I want, that’s all you need in life, is a little place for your stuff, ya know?  That’s all your house is: a place to keep your stuff.  If you didn’t have so much stuff, you wouldn’t need a house.  You could just walk around all the time.  A house is just a pile of stuff with a cover on it.  You can see that when you’re taking off in an airplane.  You look down, you see everybody’s got a little pile of stuff. All the little piles of stuff.  And when you leave your house, you gotta lock it up.  Wouldn’t want somebody to come by and take some of your stuff.  They always take the good stuff.  They never bother with that crap you’re saving.  All they want is the shiny stuff.  That’s what your house is, a place to keep your stuff while you go out and get…more stuff!  Sometimes you gotta move, gotta get a bigger house.  Why?  No room for your stuff anymore.

It could be said from the foregoing that society’s values are FIVE TIMES as materialistic today as in 1950.

Bubbles never burst halfway. They burst completely and the mess spreads everywhere.

months-supply-of-homes

Since this data series began in 1963, there has never been a greater supply of homes on the market.

There is much, much more information in the article linked from the caption and it is well worth the time to read the whole thing, if only so you can more lucidly explain to friends and family what obviously lies immediately ahead due to the emphasis on materialism going into this economic collapse.

Video: Ezra Levant on Richard Warman

The following video is being shared because Richard Warman directly assailed both David Icke and someone else with whom most Phoenix Project participants are familiar: Canadian, Wes Mann of the Preferred Network, now based in Parksville, British Columbia.  Mr. Mann was promoting awareness and sought to bring Eustace Mullins in as a feature speaker but was blocked and was later on sued by Richard Warman in a case which did not prosper.

Woman Cuffed for Not Holding Escalator Handrail

Also, if you’re in Canada for any reason, please be sure to hold on to the railing on any escalator you use.  It is, after all, for your own safety and well-being.  The bruising from a set of torturous handcuffs is a small trade-off to prevent you from stumbling and dropping your packages!?

The officers handcuffed her and threw her into a small holding cell.  The officers searched her bag and gave her a $100 ticket for failing to hold the banister and another $320 ticket for obstruction.  The handcuffs bruised Ms. Kosoian’s wrists and an officer’s boot scraped skin off the top of her foot.

Barack Obama, Murderer and War Criminal-in-Chief

[For the mainstream media] to continue to believe that Barack Obama represents any kind of “improvement” over the abomination of George W. Bush is not an innocent error.

Afghan Gov’t: 95 Children Killed in U.S. Strike

The fallout from last week’s US air strikes in the Farah Province, which an Afghan commission concluded had killed 140 civilians, continued today as an Afghan MP involved in the investigation said that 95 of the dead were actually children (which he defined as under the age of 18).  The attack was the single largest instance of US-killed civilians in Afghanistan since the 2001 invasion.

Obama Picks Up Where Bush Left Off: From My Lai to Bala Baluk

Barack Obama is aggressively stepping up the war in Afghanistan.  He’s intensified the cross-border bombing of Pakistan and he is doubling the number of U.S. troops to 68,000 by 2010. He’s also a strong proponent of pilotless drones even though hundreds of civilians have been killed in bombing raid blunders.

As reported by Reuters: “Ninety-three children and 25 adult women are among a list of 140 names of Afghans who villagers say were killed in a battle and U.S. air strikes last week.”  That is an incredible EIGHT-FOUR PERCENT WOMEN AND CHILDREN CASUALTIES.
